My name is Stefano Malinen. I like drinks; making them more so than consuming them. I specialise in innovative cocktail recipes, ranging from beginner to advanced.
With minimal experience and absolutely no qualification, I decided to embark on this crazy journey into mixology while trying to balance it with school. I have since discovered my passion for photography, capturing cocktails at home and working with and shooting at bars all around Europe.
I focus on the quality of ingredients I use, with the majority of liqueurs, syrups and bitters being made right at home. You really can taste the difference when something is made at home and even more so when it is made with passion.
