• 5cl Angostura 5yo Rum
• 2.5cl Coconut Milk
• 2.5cl Hibiscus Syrup
• 2.5cl Fresh Lime Juice
• 1cl Homemade Grenadine
• 10 Pomegranate Seeds
• ½ Plum


• Add all ingredients to a shaker and muddle
• Add ice and shake
• Double strain into a cup with crushed ice
• Top off with more ice and garnish with fresh thyme and a dehydrated lime wheel
