Aberdeen Fizz.


• 6cl Porter's Gin
• 1.5cl Vermouth
• 1.5cl Elderflower Syrup
• ½ barspoon citric acid
• Greek Citrus Soda


• Add all ingredients but the soda to a mixing glass and stir until the citric acid is dissolved
• Add ice and stir to dilute and chill
• Pour into a highball with ice and orange slices (optional) and juniper berries
• Top off with citrus soda
