Cucumber, Strawberry & Hibiscus Collins.


• 6cl Elephant London Dry Gin
• 3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1.5cl Strawberry & Hibiscus Syrup
• 1 cucumber
• Seltzer


• Using a peeler, cut slices from the cucumber
• Use some to decorate the glass before filling with ice
• Drop the rest in a shaker, along with ice and the rest of the ingredients, except the seltzer
• Shake and double strain into the glass
• Top off with seltzer
• Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel, lemon peel and more cucumber
