Ginger & Rhubarb Tequila Sour.


• 4cl Ginger & Rhubarb Liqueur
• 2.5cl Fresh Lime Juice
• 2cl Reposado Tequila
• 1cl Simple Syrup
• 1 egg white


• Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously twice, once without ice and once with
• Double strain into a chilled double rocks glass, over one large ice block
• Garnish with lime peel and a maraschino cherry
