Highland Lemonade.


• 5cl Highland Scotch
• 3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2.5cl Black Balsam Liqueur
• 1.5cl Basil Syrup
• 1cl Dry Curaçao
• 2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
• Lemonade


• Add all ingredients, but the lemonade, to a shaker with ice
• Shake and double strain into a chilled highball with basil ice cubes
• Top off with lemonade
• Garnish with a slapped basil sprig, a lemon peel nest and a maraschino cherry
