Ingredients:

• 4cl Cognac & Ginger Liqueur
• 3cl Fresh Lime Juice
• 2cl Bourbon
• 2cl Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Firewater Tincture
• 2 muddled mini mozzarella balls
• 1 egg white

Execution:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker and muddle the mozzarella
• Shake vigorously twice, once without ice and once with
• Double strain into a chilled double rocks glass
• Garnish with fresh lime peel, mozzarella and dehydrated citrus peel blend
