• 6cl Kamiki Whisky
• 3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2cl Ginger & Rose Syrup
• 1 barspoon Beetroot Powder
• 1 egg white


• Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously twice, once without ice and once with
• Double strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
• Garnish with rose petals and a dehydrated lemon wheel
