• 5cl Star of Bombay Gin
• 1.5cl Elderflower Liqueur
• 1.5cl Vermouth
• ½ Lime
• 2 thin slices of ginger
• Ginger Ale
• Mint


• Squeeze two lime quarters into a balloon glass and drop them in
• Add ice, along with the gin, elderflower, vermouth and bruised ginger slices
• Stir before topping off with Ginger Ale
• Gently stir again
• Garnish with a slapped mint sprig and a torched ginger slice
