Pink Gin Sour.


• 5cl Pink Gin
• 3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2.5cl Lychee syrup
• 2 drops Saline Solution (20%)
• 1 egg white


• Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously twice, once without ice and once with
• Double strain into a double rocks glass over one large ice cube
• Garnish with a dusting of dehydrated citrus peel blend and a flambéd orange wheel
