Rum & Cardamom Old Fashioned.


• 5cl Botran 15yo Rum
• 1cl Dried Apricot Syrup
• 3 Dashes Cardamom Bitters


• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30sec
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube
• Express and discard the oils of one orange peel
• Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel
