Rum To The Hills.

Ingredients:

• 2.5cl White Rum
• 2.5cl Gold Rum
• 3cl Fresh Orange Juice
• 2cl Fresh Lime Juice
• 2cl Vanilla liqueur
• 1cl Orgeat
• 1cl Coconut Syrup
• 6 mint leaves

Execution:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
• Shake and double strain
• Add an angostura bitter float (6-8 dashes)
• Garnish with a blossomed mint sprig
