50ml Scallywag Speyside Malt
15ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Tiramisu Syrup
10ml Vanilla Liqueur
10ml Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes chocolate bitters
5g Hardend Salted Caramel


Muddle a 5g piece of salted caramel in the bottom of a shaker tin and add the remaining ingredients.

Shake and double strain in a glass with one large ice cube.

Garnish with a piece of Baklava before smoking the drink with applewood chips.
