Sir Tiki The 11th.

Ingredients:

• 5cl White Rum
• 3cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2cl Homemade Basil Syrup
• 1cl Sambuca
• 1 slice mango
• 4 slices chili
             -
• 7cl Seltzer
• 2cl Campari

Execution:

• Add the first ingredients to a shaker
• Muddle and add ice
• Shake and double strain into a chilled tiki glass
• In a separate container, mix seltzer and campari
• Top off with campari seltzer
• Garnish with mango, lemon and mint
