Smoked Tiramisu Rum Old Fashioned.


• 5cl Angostura 1919
• 1cl Monin Tiramisu Syrup
• 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters


• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir and strain into a double rocks glass over one large ice cube
• Cover the cocktail with a glass container and smoke the drink (see yesterday's post)
• Let infuse with smoke for 60 seconds before the grand reveal
• Serve with a choco chip cookie on the side
