50ml Gin

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Rich Pomelo Syrup

15ml Sweet Vermouth

10ml Gold-flake Orange Liqueur

2 dashes Cardamom Bitters

1 brspn Amaretto

1/2 brspn Bee Pollen


SShake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a rocks glass, over one large ice sphere.

Garnish with Christmas tree and pomelo peel, picked on a santa hat toothpick.
