• 5cl Prickly Pear Infused Aged Tsipouro
• 2cl Rose Petal, Ethiopian Passion Berry, Black Pepper and Prosecco Syrup
• 2cl Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters
• ½ barspoon Blackcurrant Powder
• Seltzer


• Add all ingredients to a balloon glass with ice and stir
• Add 2 slices of Prickly Pear and garnish with a slapped, blossomed mint sprig
